To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友仔叫了一份海老天婦羅•洋蔥牛肉飯Shrimps Tempura & Beef withOnion Rice Box天婦羅味道一般，洋蔥牛肉飯都係，食入口味道較淡了一點。反而另一位朋友👫叫了一份魚定食，佢讚不絕口，話個魚油脂味重，好好味，但缺點係，話個定食嘅魚份量太少，唔夠送飯🤣另外嗌午餐可以追加特上刺身+$48$58原價特上刺身Deluxe Sashimi北海道產帆立貝、特大赤海蝦、三文魚、三文魚籽Hokkaido Scallop, Jumbo Red Shrimp, Salmon & Salmon Roe所以我追加了，再單點一份冷烏冬，咁就成為咗”隱藏餐單”🍣特上刺身冷烏冬定食🤩😆要讚一讚呢度嘅刺身，好鮮甜美味，另外冷烏冬都10分出色，口感一流，而且醬汁味道恰到好處！
