To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

飲茶要洗碗筷飲茶要洗碗筷飲茶要洗碗筷重要既事要講三次一坐低，枱面隻碟有大大塊漬，我估係鳳爪果d汁掛，佔左隻碟三分一咁大既漬，亞姐都可以睇唔到，出色兩壺茶飲完，連壺水都飲曬，三壺野開曬蓋都冇人黎加水，出色個客自己行去加水，d亞姐見住個客自己加水都唔識話黎幫手既，出色食完d點心，想搵人幫手收隻碟啫"我出餐嫁！！唔係收碟嫁！！"🌞對唔住囉，得罪左你出色成餐真係好出色👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻野食都ok既係個奶黃包層皮爛左啫，其他都正常既諗起開頭果隻碟，自己食完冇肚屙，廚房佬應該算係咁啦。。。不過給知客亞姐的話：下次你問清楚人先帶位啦，咁咪唔洗你派c區枱比人，然後人地唔知果到係C區，填紙仔又比你少啦Ps.d點心好夠味啊，飲完餐茶，全日都好口渴，飲左好多水，健康啊👍🏻
