To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上年聖誕節前夕，親戚請食自助晚餐，於是我地就來到海逸酒店，這間酒店自助晚餐出品超好。首先說食物品質，這兒的食物很新鮮，味道很好，羊肉串很惹味，小籠包亦有很濃湯汁，到現在仍令人回味。其次，食物品種繁多，冷伴有長腳蟹，熟蝦，蠔，沙律，壽司等，熟食包括有羊肉串，紅酒燴牛尾，炒飯面，小籠包，西冷牛扒，炒飯，法式面包，新鮮蒸海班等，湯品有響螺花菇燉湯，味道很好，而甜品更是數之不盡，例如黑森林蛋糕，芒果布甸等，仲有我最喜歡的朱古力噴泉。晚餐的最後仲送左一客芝士焗龍蝦。餐廳環境很優美，佈置有心思，而且當晚仲有音樂表演，一邊食一邊聽音樂，真是一個非常美好的晚上。
