相隔一段時間,又嚟到太古依間「AGE Cuisine Express」食Dinner,今次食咗佢哋其中一款招牌Pizza,味道上融合中、日、意元素,又係一道創意Fusion菜。*此餐廳收取加一服務費。秘汁和牛薄餅(單點$186),表面鋪有菠菜葉、凱薩沙律醬,和牛粒食落肉汁飽滿、牛味濃厚,略嫌太過細碎,配以海鮮醬食用,味道甜鹹,好足料,配料包括有蘑菇、車厘茄、洋蔥、水牛芝士,自家製批底口感薄脆。凱撒沙律(單點$88), 表面鋪有煙肉碎、麵包粒,羅馬生菜口感爽脆,配以凱撒沙律醬食用,味道清爽,略嫌沒有加入巴馬臣芝士製作。龍蝦濃湯(單點$84),口感稠身,味道鹹鮮、帶有回甘,內有鮮蝦、青口。意式奶凍配芒果甘露(單點$50),表面鋪有草莓、藍莓、柚子,奶凍食落入口即化,奶味醇厚,配以鮮芒果醬食用,味道酸甜。
