對上一次幫襯鰹烏冬已經一年前🤭 每次想去食一係要等,一係就唔岩時間,因為有落場時間~ 今日去開長沙灣,就去幫襯下睇下水準有冇變啦😆➿ 天婦羅 ($59)好抵食既天婦羅啊🍤 有蝦、茄子🍆、冬菇係基本啦,魚都有兩款👍🏽 有多春魚同牛鰍魚,後者相對少見!全部都卜卜脆,即叫即炸,正~ 呢個價位黎講,質素真的不錯喔😋➿ 骨付雞 ($44)見好多foodie都推介,所以我都試下😆 果然冇介紹錯!骨付雞燒得好均勻,肉質嫩滑之餘,肉汁有被鎖住,好好味啊😋➿ 天婦羅櫻花蝦什菜餅 ($20)要將咁多零碎既配料痴埋再炸,係心機之作啊💕 落單個陣店員仲有溫提我地入面有芫茜同櫻花蝦~ 雖然賣相睇落綠色既部分都佔幾多,但食落又覺得炸過既芫茜茜味唔重,所以唔係芫茜控既我覺得都ok😛➿ 海苔竹簾烏冬 ($50) ➿ 三文魚籽醬油烏冬 ($78)自家製烏冬依然保持水準,好煙韌☺️ 除左烏冬係自己整,連醬油都係,拜過師真係唔同d👍🏽 咬咬下就覺得好飽肚,2個人叫3個餸+兩個烏冬好似太飽添😛 但係係大滿足既!😆✨✨
