To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

認識Smoko已有幾年的時間，因爲每個星期要到炮台山返教會，得閑既時候都會多走幾步買杯咖啡，特別喜歡支持有誠意的小店。Smoko面店不大，相信是主打外賣生意，店外面有張小木檯及幾張凳，可以讓你坐下來小休一會，細味咖啡。之前咖啡店有提供不同口味的糖漿，焦糖、青瓜etc. 可以加到Soda/Tap Coffee，為自己的咖啡添上一份獨特風味。第一次接觸Tap Coffee便是這裡，看似生啤，會泛起一層白色泡沫，口感幼滑，確實是頗新奇的體驗。不過個人還是最喜愛Latte，咖啡香味噴鼻，入口幼滑，奶味濃郁，而且幫襯過咁多次，都可以選擇不同款式的自家設計杯套，賣相精美，呢點創意及小心思已經值得大家支持。
