To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我還幾喜歡這些新式的吃點心地方因為可以比我自己一個吃個午餐而不用怕尷尬今次我點了有珍珠雞飯,釀茄子和鮮竹卷珍珠雞飯食評:比起蒸飯,我更喜歡吃的這個珍珠雞飯,因為他的米飯是十分軟熟,而且醬汁和米飯和雞件都很配合,而且雞的份量也不少,足夠讓我吃完這包飯,就算雞先吃完,飯本身就有味道,所以吃得很自在!!鮮竹卷食評:這裡的鮮竹卷和平時一樣,皮薄,吸收光了材料內的精華,每一啖都食得出材料的鮮味,就SIZE而言其實這份量也不少,而且更重要的是入面的材料很足,帶出了整個鮮味!!釀茄子食評:這個應該是新菜式吧,賣相來說比較差,因為他是一PAT PAT的,上面還有幾粒黃粒似的東西在。再說是味道,很香的茄子味,但和肉不太夾,而肉又不是魚肉,吃著的口感沒有魚肉釀茄子的好,所以下次還是不要點這個了。
