一間韓國過江龍以熱石漢堡為招徠的餐廳,今次一行2️⃣人中午黎到樓底很高,裝修以木系為主調,感覺寬敞舒服,抽氣系統做足功夫漢堡扒選用澳洲和牛,分咗S size 130g肉,M size 160g肉,L size 190g肉以熱石380度的高溫由客人自己將漢堡扒分成細份的煎熟先將檯上抽風管對正熱石,用小鏟從漢堡扒切出一口分量放上熱石上燒,約3️⃣秒將肉反轉,重覆4️⃣-5️⃣次便可點咗一個二人套餐 (Version 3)先送上沙律及麵豉湯沙律為即刨椰菜絲配麻醬,新鮮爽甜麵豉湯濃郁而不過鹹==========🔹芝士蛋蒜和牛漢堡扒 (中)煎的時間已見到油脂滿溢以蛋蒜餅墊底,蛋跟蒜分開就經常食到,夾埋食真係第一次。感覺夠特別而冇違和感漢堡扒油脂豐腴口感潤滑,帶淡淡甘醇的和牛味道==========🔹月見味噌牛丼飯賣相得體又份量充足滿滿的香菇,金菇,肥牛加上蛋味香濃的蛋黃及加了醬汁的珍珠米飯,口感層次豐富香菇及金菇嫩滑,肥牛肥瘦適中==========🔹蜂蜜生薑茶 (跟餐 +$18)蜂蜜及薑的比例完美,薑味濃厚突出飲完胎暖身🔹可樂==========埋單連加一約$4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣整體用餐體驗滿意,可以自己煎漢堡扒的概念夠創
