一直都想自己整大阪燒,今日終於有機會喇!旺角T.O.P.商場新開無幾耐,但係客人如潮。今日約埋朋友去玩餐飽!首先點左兩款小食—雜菌、牛舌。炒雜菌好香口。上桌前已經煮好,不過食之前兜一兜熱更美味。用大量蒜頭爆香,加少少鹽已經好入味。至於另一款小食—牛舌,放上微微冒煙嘅烤盤,厚切嘅牛舌輕輕一烤就熟了。7成熟剛剛好,烤太耐會易燶啊!處理完牛舌,烤盤會剩餘少許牛肉嘅汁水,用黎煎洋蔥、蛋、芽菜等配料最好不過。輪到主菜大阪燒,揀左芝士豚平燒,只係$55,性價比高,又平又好味。廚師用一層薄薄嘅蛋包住豚肉,夾雜住厚厚嘅芝士,夾起會有拉絲嘅效果,好邪惡。雖然話就話係自己燒,但大部分款式都係預先煮好,啱晒我呢個懶人,唔雖要好識控制火喉,想玩下過下癮又可以放上pan燒一燒,好玩又好味。
