今日老友飯聚,又嚟流浮山食海鮮,自己買海鮮,再去歡樂加工。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝:扇貝大大粒,蒜蓉味道配粉絲一流。豉油王大蝦:海蝦夠新鮮彈牙,味道咸香鮮甜,食到舐手指。油鹽水蚌仔:火喉剛好,蚌仔不會過韌;湯底有淡淡胡椒味,加上海鮮鮮味,十分清甜,粉絲索了湯水,精華所在。豉椒炒蜆:味道濃郁,咸香惹味,但蜆有少少沙,美中不足。至愛魚炆骨:味道不錯,但略嫌不夠乾身。薑葱鮑魚煲:鮑魚彈牙,味道好,就算配料薑葱亦成搶手貨。薑葱炒蟹:食了多味海鮮,已很飽了,只嘗了一小件蟹肉仍爽口,味道正常。鹽焗花螺:火喉剛好,味道正常。炸子雞:老友說一定要試,皮脆肉嫩,不錯。炒飯:最後加個炒飯,豐富滿足的一餐。
