石燒哩個玩意其實好耐之前已經出現過,不過興咗一排就消失咗。最近又捲土重來,遍地開花。磊犇舖頭位置都幾方便,喺最旺嘅旺角同太子站之間。招牌紅噹噹咁都好易見到,行近門口就有位好熱誠嘅姐姐問:「唻唔唻試吓石燒牛扒?」好,就試吓啦。一入門,坐低前有部自座落菜機,揀完要嘅牛扒後,就去收銀度俾錢。塊牛扒準備好就會要你去出餐處度拎。但一坐低姐姐ss已經好熱情咁提醒可以拎圍裙、另外自助吧有白飯、麵鼓湯、沙律同飲品,都係任你添加。搞掂晒牛扒都已經拎得,因為舊石係超熱(應該比鐵板更熱),所以塊扒都燒/煎到吱吱聲,餐廳都好貼心咁用張紙蓋住,唔係都唔知點拎番位。調味(粉紅鹽、黑椒)、燒汁同黑椒汁都喺位對上調味架,好方便。牛扒本身兩面都煎過吓,諗緊會唔會overcooked時,切開中間仲係好生,即係要幾熟都可以自己話事。牛肩肉就比較好咬,牛味都還可以,磊牛扒係最抵食夾大件,400g連牛魔王都夠食。講真百零蚊包咁多嘢,同石燒個份氣勢,絕對值得唻玩吓!題外話,大熱天時,同埋個個煎牛咁大味,難得餐廳冷氣個火力好足,唔會滴住汗食之餘仲唔會成間舖都一陣味咁,哩點抵讚。
