To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近去咗一間專門做自選車仔麵嘅小店,無論喺湯底、配料定飲品上都有多種選擇。自選車仔麵組合一首先,我揀咗豬腸汁湯底,並加咗少許 **小咖喱辣,令湯底更添一層香辣味。配料方面,我揀咗豬紅、牛肚、牛筋同墨魚丸,而麵條方面則選擇咗米線。呢個組合嘅湯底香濃,豬紅嫩滑、牛肚爽脆、牛筋入口即溶,而墨魚丸則彈牙。飲品方面,我揀咗一支樽仔奶茶,奶茶香濃。自選車仔麵組合二第二個組合,揀咗豬腸汁湯底,並將辣度調整到微咖喱辣。配料方面,我選擇咗豬腸、豬紅、墨魚蝦卷同魷魚,麵條則揀咗幼麵。呢個組合嘅湯底依然香濃,豬腸彈牙、豬紅嫩滑,配上一杯凍檸檬茶,清新解渴。小食揀了咖喱三寶,呢道菜式係用三種不同嘅配料做成,如一般會有魚蛋、豬皮同蘿蔔。腐乳通菜味道鹹香,非常惹味。
