To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣悶熱冇咩胃口, 想食下辣野刺激下味蕾開下胃。今晚就同丫妹又再去左尖沙咀"小魚兒",相隔接近一年冇黎, 原來已經轉左menu。同樣主打烤魚, 自選四種魚類、再有多款口味選擇, 其中仲可揀辣度同麻度, 走配料。另有追加火鍋配料。我地揀左海鱸魚, 爆醬鳳梨香辣豆花味, 小辣BB麻條魚已經熟左, 上檯再滾起湯底就食得。 海鱸魚魚質偏林, 有魚香。本身自己好食得辣, 但小辣都算幾辣, bb麻度岩返地道港人口味。惹味開胃。配有超滑豆腐、芽菜、莞茜、些少粗薯粉, 夠哂飽肚。呢款湯底口味仲有超juicy清甜菠蘿, 可平衡下口中嘅辣度。另外Order左兩款火鍋配料。黑毛豬腩片- 色澤粉嫩, 油層唔會太厚, 不過間中幾塊帶有骨件麻辣湯底, 一定要order埋彈滑鴨血先叫perfect!
