To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友為我慶祝生日,特選在「聘珍樓」晚膳!餐廳裝潢帶古典味道,桌與桌之間有一定距離,沒有壓迫感覺! 由於樓底高的關係,感覺特別寬敞。加上在商業區的食肆用晚膳,人流比白天相對的少,多了一份寧靜!葱花芥茉海蜇海蜇爽脆,芥茉味道沒有過濃郁,開胃之選!香煎素鵝表皮煎得酥脆,雖然是素,但入口沒有寡淡的感覺,佐以喼汁更是滋味! 北京片皮鴨輪到主角出場,廚師推著片皮鴨來到我們桌前,即席示範片皮刀法,整隻烤鴨不消幾分鐘,已統統被片皮了,片剩的鴨架便用來煮鴨鬆!熱騰騰的外皮酥脆香口,帶點鴨酥香,咬下去油脂豐腴,薄餅包裹著青瓜、京葱、甜麵醬一起吃,滿足之極!鳳梨咕嚕肉咕嚕肉外脆內軟,沒有吃脆漿的感覺,而且色澤掛面,酸甜度適中,開胃可口,佐飯一流!砵酒焗珍珠蠔很久沒有吃過砵酒蠔,懷念九龍城「路邊雞」的味道。這裏用珍珠蠔去煮,一啖一口,雖然砵酒味欠奉,但蠔身較入味,入口沒有腥味,沒有煮得過火而韌,可以一試!百花蒸釀豆腐這是一道比較清淡的菜式。豆腐入口滑溜,上面的蝦膠彈牙,蘸以豉油一起吃,不錯!蒜蓉炒菜心這道菜可以減卻之前肉的肥膩,菜心的基本要求菜莖不老已做到,吃出蒜蓉炒的鑊氣味!生日飯又怎能沒有壽包呢?拳頭大壽
