自+10年前朋友帶去銅鑼灣店開始, 要去舖頭買雪糕, 都冇再去H字頭店了...(Fro. Yo 勁流行時例外).定期都有唔同味道, 選擇好多, 但我反而唔係食傳統Gelato, 而係揀Sorbetto, 因為想連少少FAT 都唔要...(業內人士話, Gelato 係比較難Mass Production, 因為Fat content, air, 乳品法規, 所以一般係Homemade 同埋小店型式, 相比其他大牌子, 較難見超市有用Gelato呢個字)今次見出埋雪糕旦糕, 下次試.先講佢水果系列.揀左Pink Guava 同Mango Sorbetto.以下是我的descriptors, Pink GuavaFresh pink guava top note, juicy body but fresh, clean aftertaste.MangoFresh, Juicy Mango, low in typical mango sulphur note and not very pulpy.好味, 買走可以加錢買多個冰袋或自備.(猶豫的話可以叫店員俾你試味)
