To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小秘書真係好鍾意食雞翼㗎... 尤其係「丼丼屋」嘅「芝麻雞翼」今日小秘書嘅「雞翼癮」又發作，放咗工咩都唔理就走去叫🐔食！落單嘅時候，侍應仲同我講要等大概20分鐘左右⏱ 不過好奇怪今日碟雞翼喺落單之後唔夠五分鐘就上枱👀 小秘書懷住期待嘅心情將雞翼放入口，好可惜無咗「即叫即炸」嘅口味，反而覺得啲雞翼似一早做起... 咬落去只感到暖暖地、油淋淋咁，毫無辣咀嘅新鮮咁... 失望！好在個主食「炭燒雞肉丼」仍然保持質素，喺飯面拎走埋小秘書最唔鍾意食嘅京蔥就馬上可以開餐 YumYum👍🏻 甜甜地嘅醬汁配埋啲雞肉，一啖雞肉之後再一啖飯... 美味！
