To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返平時返工諗唔到食乜就會過黎食譚仔米線，貪佢夠平同有得即刻入座。譚仔米線推介食重慶酸辣湯底，成碗野個湯底紅卜卜，但有得自己選辣度，所以都唔會話太辣而食唔到，辣得黎又帶點酸味，1鍾意食辣既人就一定要試呢個重慶酸辣湯底喇。另外，小食方面，我慣常必會點既係口水汁青瓜同蒜泥白肉。青瓜好爽取，連埋花生芫茜同埋個汁一齊食就好惹味。蒜泥白肉就唔洗多講，好多人都好鍾意食，蒜泥落得好重手，個辣汁都好濃味。總結黎講，每間譚仔其實都食得出d味唔太一樣，而呢個可以話係我覺得最濃味既一間!
