To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都鍾意食海南雞飯，今次朝聖食Chatterbox Café，果然名不虛傳，雞肉真的超滑！轉雞脾都係加10蚊，一場嚟到點都要試～ 雞肉無骨嫩滑，一丁點血水都沒有，雞油飯超香～忍唔住爬多兩啖🤤🤤，3款醬料都好味！鹹蛋雞翼炸到卜卜脆，鹹蛋黃鬆軟沾滿雞翼，食唔停口～另外特別喜愛椰子雪糕，椰奶味香濃，又有磨滑了的椰子粒粒，好邪惡😈Lunch Menu仲有其他想食，下次再試😊📍Chatterbox Café (K11 Musea)
