慶祝我第91次成功捐血,要用美食鼓勵和獎賞自己。今次選擇的「 Mokumoku Yakiton」日式豚肉串燒專門店,除了主打現烤串燒,還有提供一人前套餐、高級飛驒和牛西冷、飯團、刺生、美酒....我喜歡串燒,可以多嘗多款美食。我的餐飲是忌廉梳打。前菜:赤崎生蠔~口感爽滑,蠔味濃郁。凍蕃茄蒜蓉~ 鮮甜蕃茄配醬汁已經很美味,蒜蓉的微辣更能引發起我的食欲。日本青椒仔~燒烤過青椒仔清甜不辣,能予清爽的視覺及味覺。京都厚揚~厚揚外酥脆、內嫩滑,不可不嘗。日本番薯仔~熱哄哄又清甜,美味極了!抱子甘藍~有趣的,像椰菜BB,配醬汁吃好味道又爽口!煙燻豬腩~很像煙肉口感,不相同處是厚切,很能滿足「肉」望。芫茜卷~豚肉包裹芫茜串燒,吸收油香、肉香和芫茜香味,吃得香味四溢,所以我特別喜歡這份芫茜卷。西班牙豬顎骨肉串~肉質是爽滑,配合秘製醬汁吃,又是一款可口串燒推介。白鱔串~我雖然喜歡吃白鱔,但從未嘗試串燒,這份燒得香脆的魚皮與鮮嫩的魚肉很滿足我口腹之欲。豬脷~厚切豬脷外脆肉鮮,有嚼勁、但不靭。九條蔥卷~九條蔥是京都名產,和芫茜卷一樣,豚肉包裹九條蔥串燒,吸收油、香肉香和九條蔥爽甜味,同樣的美味可口。燒菠蘿~

燒菠蘿~不經覺嘗味多款串燒,最後用甜品寫上句號,串燒午餐也要串燒菠蘿,暖笠笠的燒菠蘿,重點也在複蓋著菠蘿的透明脆焦糖,果味香甜與脆焦糖的吸引,頓感非常滿意和滿足。
