台灣一直都系香港人好喜歡去旅行既地方,而台灣小食更深得港人愛戴,#臺北棧就主打新派台灣菜,將創意融入於傳統料理當中。環境裝修好靚,當中卡位好有打卡feel既,感覺好夢幻,好有氣氛。☑️蒜香三色台腸-$68上枱時經已切成細粒,三款腸都各有特色,當中我個人喜歡原味。再加埋蒜片,勁香勁濃!☑️肉鬆皮蛋蛋餅-$78台式經典小食,蛋餅內裡有皮蛋同肉鬆,系最好的配搭!味道帶點甜味,外層嘅蛋餅好軟熟又夠薄。佢既賣相同味道都一流,仲好有飽肚感。☑️招牌牛肉麵-$118台灣牛肉麵是必食既!湯面有頗多蟲草花。牛肉一點都唔靭,闊條刀削麵好有口感,湯中加入牛脂油,令牛肉麵的湯頭更濃郁,整體味道隨即昇華,令人回味。☑️招牌魯肉飯-$68滷肉飯有分三款,招牌,松露同埋花膠等。配有半隻溏心蛋,魯肉肥瘦適中,軟稔味濃,有陣陣豬油香,而飯粒粒分明。確實唔錯。☑️牛軋慕絲餅-$78牛軋糖口感很QQ,以鬆化餅夾住慕絲一齊,味道鹹鹹甜甜的,好特別。☑️鳳梨苦瓜汁-$48鳳梨出名既台灣清甜水果,減低整杯苦瓜汁苦澀味,一飲解渴消消熱氣。
