To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前排老爸從雜誌報導, 說這間店食物水準高且價錢大眾化, 於是我們便老遠的去了青衣試試. 這間位於屋村商場的店子並不好找, 要問村民才找到. 中午客人也多, 但由於店子地方大, 所以不用怎樣等已經有位. 店內坐位舒適, 但侍應不多, 點菜也要等上一段時間才有回應. 餐牌上的食物選擇也多, 日式, 意式, 西式的也有. 看完餐牌, 又再看看隔鄰食客的食物, 最後還是點了雜誌推介的菜式. 率先送上的是雞絲野菌濃湯天使麵, 不用兩分鐘便送到. 一看其賣相已經不吸引, 雞絲和野菌一堆的散亂在天使麵上, 沒有西餐應有的賣相, 有點失望. 雞絲其實並不是絲而是粗條, 入口一點味道也沒有, 好像沒有調味; 野菌有蘑菇和其他什菇, 入口尚可; 天使麵很腍, 好像浸過了頭的麵一樣, 口感不佳; 其湯底味道濃郁, 味道像雞湯, 但卻較油光泛泛, 入口油膩. 菌皇海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯是雜誌推介的菜式, 材料有蝦, 青口, 蜆, 魷魚各一件, 可惜完全沒有味道, 肯定是雪藏貨, 與報導的"新鮮海鮮"差得遠, 令人失望. 反而意大利飯比較像樣, 入口除了RISOTTO的黏性軟滑外, 還有濃濃的龍蝦汁味, 野菌

率先送上的是雞絲野菌濃湯天使麵, 不用兩分鐘便送到. 一看其賣相已經不吸引, 雞絲和野菌一堆的散亂在天使麵上, 沒有西餐應有的賣相, 有點失望. 雞絲其實並不是絲而是粗條, 入口一點味道也沒有, 好像沒有調味; 野菌有蘑菇和其他什菇, 入口尚可; 天使麵很腍, 好像浸過了頭的麵一樣, 口感不佳; 其湯底味道濃郁, 味道像雞湯, 但卻較油光泛泛, 入口油膩.

菌皇海鮮龍蝦汁意大利飯是雜誌推介的菜式, 材料有蝦, 青口, 蜆, 魷魚各一件, 可惜完全沒有味道, 肯定是雪藏貨, 與報導的"新鮮海鮮"差得遠, 令人失望. 反而意大利飯比較像樣, 入口除了RISOTTO的黏性軟滑外, 還有濃濃的龍蝦汁味, 野菌味和店中自製醬汁的微酸味, 口感複雜之餘, 令人吃得開胃.

法式紅酒香茅牛肉讚岐手打烏冬, 一個西日Fusion的菜式, 也是另一個雜誌推介的菜式. 牛肉其實是牛肋條, 入口軟腍而且入味, 但紅酒和香茅味卻芳蹤杳然. 至於讚岐手打烏冬, 入口不大煙韌彈牙, 反而偏腍, 與在日本料理店吃到的有點距離, 有點失色.

吃完飯後覺得不大滿足, 於是又打開餐牌找點甜品吃. 點了個法式焦糖燉蛋. 送上來時用手碰了容器一下, 卻發現居然是凍的! 問清楚之後, 才知道這個燉蛋原來是凍食的! 小小的一杯燉蛋, 頂層的焦糖敲了多次也敲不碎; 燉蛋的蛋味雖然不足, 但味道不太甜, 口感尚算滑溜, 而且質感很厚很thick, 不過如果是熱食的話, 味道肯定會更好.

食物方面其實是不過不失, 不過侍應的水準則有待改善. 侍應服務只是麻麻, 不大醒目, 還下錯單, 又經常送錯食物, 態度也不積極. 總的來說, 餐廳的水平與雜誌所介紹的有所出入, 而食物水準又不見得突出, 如果要山長水遠地專程跑去吃的話, 實在不值得.
