To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約了媽打午飯,選了這間好多分店的海港酒家。只有兩個人,媽打食量又少,所以只點了一籠蝦餃及一窩米線加燒鵝。蝦餃真的很一般,先說外觀,澄皮略厚、摺紋太少不明顯,不太好看。夾起一隻蝦餃,蝦肉及澄皮差點分離雖然末至於「破皮而出」掉出來,手工不太到家。咬下去,只能嚐到醃料的味道,但失卻了蝦的鮮味,也稍嫌不夠咬口。總之整體來說,每一環節皆一般。燒鵝加一窩米線 $98米線份量超多,是滿滿的一窩,足夠四個人分量。燒鵝是下庄,有鵝脾,應該有1/4隻。近年,很多中式酒樓都標榜燒鵝,但實際是否真的好吃,則是另外一回事。這裡的燒鵝肉不夠油香、沒有鵝味,幸好肉質尚算嫩,不鞋身。廣東燒鵝有兩種派系:脆皮style;或鵝皮表面現皺紋、入味、略為軟身(但絕不是「淋pat pat」)的style。這碟燒鵝則兩頭唔到岸。前幾天剛剛才一間名店吃燒鵝,還在回味中,立即給比下去了。
