每逢假日經過八戶屋都見到相當多食客,也要等位的,所以這天就特意吃早飯,來到餐廳才不過6:10pm,店內只餘下2, 3張4人餐桌,若稍遲一步,也要等位呢! 枱與枱的空間不多,不算是一間舒適的食店,但見到如此多客人,心想食物應該也有一定水準吧~ 蟹籽沙律 ($40) 大量脆卜卜的蟹籽,再加上爽脆的青瓜絲,簡單的拌上沙律醬已經很美味la~ 鰻魚炒飯 ($68) 即炒的鰻魚炒飯,熱度十足. 甜甜的鰻魚炒飯內有不少鰻魚肉,每口都香甜惹味,喜歡吃鰻魚的我覺得這炒飯很美味呀! 雜錦天婦羅 ($58) 一客天婦羅已有3隻大蝦、冬菇、茄子等,相當抵食. 不過炸漿略嫌厚了一點~ 炭燒魷魚筒 ($58) 煙煙韌韌的魷魚筒很有咬口,調味得宜,不會太鹹,個人都幾喜歡. 牛油果軟殼蟹卷 ($58) 軟殼蟹不是即炸的,不夠鬆脆的反卷又怎會好吃呢! 金龍蝦芝士卷 ($56) 金龍蝦芝士卷比牛油果軟殼蟹卷便宜$2,味道卻比後者好得多. 至於炸蝦是熱辣辣的,配上鹹香的芝士,兩者很夾呢! 這款卷物值得一吃~ 結帳為$37X,每人平均$12X已經吃到飽飽了,食物也有一定水準,怪不得這間日本餐廳長期要等
