To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男友一早就知我鍾意食日本菜今日特登帶我黎食但因為我呢排個胃唔好就唔想食太多生冷野天氣又凍凍地所以我地就叫左2個窩個鍋下有火燒住所以熱辣辣牛肉未煮熟咁擺落去唔會老曬野菜新鮮好味道個湯清甜無乜味精食完唔會好口渴我地選左地獄湯底辣辣地冬天食真係岩曬入面有勁多蜆！無偷工減料隻隻蜆都相當肥美食完蜆再飲返淡湯！真係一流，因為蜆的鮮味都入曬個湯到我地仲叫左個炸軟殼蟹天婦羅軟殼蟹肥美炸粉唔厚淡淡肉，亦都食到蟹的鮮味好味道最後我地仲叫左個南瓜雪糕南瓜雪糕賣相唔錯南瓜味好出但又唔會太流仲有好香ge牛奶味不過係貴左少少姐多謝男友帶我黎食咁好的一餐其實食日本野唔食魚生都仲有好多野食好難忘啊！！！
