之前同屋企人食過一次,今次同男朋友慶祝生日,實在太好味,點都要為老闆夏先生寫食評。五道菜餐牌,全部都非常出色。首先可以揀3個頭盤,第一個我哋都揀咗車厘茄沙丁魚,清新、配搭唔錯。湯有龍蝦湯同雜菌湯配黑松露醬,味道夠濃郁,配麵包一流,牛油超正。男朋友仲話有歐洲麵包嘅水準,淨係食包食成晚都願😂第三樣係招牌煙熏鵝肝同煎鴨肝,比較鍾意煙熏,無咁膩,但兩樣都好正嘅。主菜我揀咗油封鴨腿,外脆內軟,duck confit fans一定要試。男朋友就揀咗牛扒。訂位時講咗係慶祝生日,但叫甜品嗰陣無講,好開心都有寫Happy Birthday (雖然手字麻麻,哈哈)。我就食雪芭清一清,酸酸哋好正。另外睇咗午餐Menu,都幾抵,會再嚟試下
