To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日LUNCH一点半到，吾使等位，兩大兩細馬上有得坐低。第一次到，点了兩碗一風堂豬骨面（＄55 EACH），一客煎餃子（＄35），一碗辛辣豬骨面（＄65），一客一風堂飯（＄35）。一風堂豬骨面是比較淡，集中於豬骨味，肉眼見到豬油，特別同幾好味。辛辣豬骨面不須問什麼辣，到已知正，不太辣，亦不搶味。三碗面應該最出色係面本身，伙記會問爽D定林D，我叫林D，好好味。最後湯都幾乎飲哂，WHICH我好少會做。餃子比較干身，不太油或亦不會好似其他舖明顯係雪藏過那樣，非常好味。雖然落肚的不多而埋單要＄260，不平但值得再來！
