很長時間沒到流浮山尋找美食,今次重遊此地,全因與舊同事太耐無聚,借題出嚟聚一聚尋找美食。今次介紹系第一次到的食店「新寶多來海鮮酒家」,餐單如下:沙巴龍躉2食(炒球&炆頭腩)豉椒炒蟶子薑葱鮑魚煲黃金蝦 鹽焗掩仔蟹蒜蓉蒸扇貝粉絲雜菜煲紅燒乳鴿咕嚕肉(推介👍)龍躉2食:蒸的軟滑,炆的香口,火喉控制恰當😋豉椒炒蟶子,香噴噴之餘,口感一流😋薑葱鮑魚煲,打開蓋後薑葱味特濃,鮑魚軟腍適中,無牙也能應付一下😋黃金蝦就更唔洗講,咸蛋味夠惹味,咬落蝦頭連同蝦膏一齊咀嚼,味更突出😋鹽焗掩仔蟹,咸度恰到好處,咬落蟹膏連蟹肉,軟化度熔為一體,那滿足感令你齒夾留香😘😋😋蒜蓉蒸扇貝,金銀蒜蒸就扇貝鮮味,咬落扇貝主體,完全令你感受到鮮與嫩😘😋😋個人不太喜歡咕嚕肉,但今次都要介紹一下,呢碟咕嚕肉,酸甜適中,咕嚕肉掛汁平均,入口除了香口外,咬落炸醬完全包好嫩肉及肉汁,令你好想多吃幾舊😘😋😋😋其他菜款也可以喔😋
