To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【午餐】芝士咖哩蛋包飯 配日式炸雞 HK$57午餐都真心幾大份，抵讚係一冰廳啲炒滑蛋真係好滑，拌飯是一流！同埋都幾多件炸雞，而且舊舊炸雞都好大舊，平均有3-4舊，日式炸法好香口，而且炸完舊雞都仲好有肉汁！【全日特餐】車海老（蝦）：北海道湯咖哩鳥冬 HK$50配招牌炒蛋 ＋HK$10升級為奶油脆豬坦白講佢個「咖喱烏冬」一啲都唔咖喱，佢一上枱嘅時候我仲以為係咪比錯咗「蕃茄湯底」，其實我有啲不滿！再者其實佢個湯底真係唔好食，蕃茄味好淡，烏冬口感一般！不過佢個炒蛋都係好食嘅！【茶餐】生炸大髀拼薯條 HK$39無論雞髀定係薯條，都真係新鮮生炸，所以超級香口又好食！平時食平時食茶餐廳嘅雞髀同薯條都係整定，但係但係真即叫即炸嘅生炸雞髀真係唔同啲！正宗茶餐廳風味！
