To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好一陣無黎花園街，呢度依舊有好多餐廳，但大部份都轉左新面孔。同朋友選了紅橋，記憶中呢間的西餐又平又抵食😊店員很快安排入座，睇下餐排食咩好先。⭐餐湯點咗兩份晚餐set，餐湯選了中湯和西湯，是晚中湯係木瓜湯，清甜好飲。西湯係蜆肉忌廉，忌廉湯好滑，蜆肉下得多。⭐原條日式照燒汁鰻魚配蛋包飯主菜揀咗蛋包飯，圓圓的蛋包飯很吸引，入面嘅飯吸左蛋漿很香口，仲有原條鰻魚添，正呀😋⭐bbq醬烤豬肋骨伴沙律菜配薯角另一樣揀咗豬肋骨，估唔到呢個價錢有咁大嘅份量豬肋骨，吸咗bbq醬鹹鹹甜甜又帶點酸，好食呀🤤仲有即炸嘅薯角香噴噴，抵食！⭐熱情果梳打 & ⭐檸檬可樂朋友的餐飲揀了特飲梳打，自己就揀咗檸樂，酸酸甜甜冰冰涼涼，爽。餐點高質，價錢又不貴，依舊係貼地親民嘅好店。
