好耐冇去, 下午趁冬天唔太熱走上去舊地重遊, 叫咗個牛腩鳳爪麵, 鳳瓜係用古法製造, 相信冇邊間同樣製作, 鳳爪先炸過再用花椒八角等調味, 製成品入口皮肉分離, 正正就係幾十年前酒樓點心嗰種, 同現在食嘅鳳爪有天淵之別, 做法同水準依然幾十年一樣, 好難得, 牛腩就一般, 冇乜大特別, 上海麵個麵質依然煙靭, 唯獨是份量比較細, 食完碗麵要落樓下買多個麵包, 幾十年始終如一, 江記, 請繼續努力為我哋保留兒時回憶.
