To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這個餐廳座落在一條出名的街道上,2000年代之前基本上冇人不知道高街鬼屋,我嘅年青時代同呢條街好有淵源,我嘅學業,刻骨銘心嘅愛情,成為負資產人仕,好辛酸咁創業,亦渡過人生最悲涼嘅歲月。以前街道大部份都係一啲舊商店,餐廳,粥店,車房,現在已經變成很多美輪美奐嘅餐廳酒吧,被譽為西環蘇豪區。唯獨這間餐廳屹立至今大概都20至30年,這餐廳是做港式西餐,今次重溫舊夢點了一個羊扒套餐,包括有好傳統嘅港式羅宋湯配蒜蓉包,羅宋湯很足料濃郁,不會水汪汪,薯蓉焗田螺,而家都好似係出邊好難食得到,田螺好香香草牛油味,我喜歡用田螺嘅牛油撈底下嘅薯蓉一齊食又或者將牛油薯蓉塗係蒜蓉包上一齊食,美味層出不窮,仲有一個份量十足嘅羊扒配意粉,三件分量十足嘅羊扒半煎炸香脆可口,肉質雖然唔係最上等,中間仲夾雜少少梳打味,但作為一間街坊餐廳,整個餐只係$80幾蚊(如有記錯請勿怪責),算係非常之超值。而家整條街上只剩下這間餐廳還有一間傳統麵店,同埋一間依然吾系好友善嘅酒莊(其實系士多),整條街已人面全非,如果大家都想懷緬下昔日港式西餐嘅味道我覺得都可以嚟試一試。
