紅菜頭湯係將紅菜頭整成蓉,飲落口清甜冇草青味,加上cream好香滑。
Beetroot soup was made by mashed beetroot. It tastes sweet. With the cream, the soup is fragrant and creamy.

沙律落左鹽鹹鹹地,另加上橄欖油,加d油食起黎唔會太乾。第一次食鹹嘅沙律,原來沙律鹹食都唔錯!
蕃茄仔又甜又酸又多汁,菜爽口唔苦,呢度嘅沙律菜重有我最鍾意嘅火箭菜!紅蘿蔔切成一條條,入口爽脆清甜。紅色嘅蕃茄仔、橙色嘅紅蘿蔔加上翠綠色嘅沙律菜,色彩繽紛好吸引!
The salad tasted salty. I haven’t tried any salad with salt until I tasted it in this restaurant! It is quite special and I love this way of making salad. With the addition of olive oil, it added moisture to the salad. The small tomato was sweet, sour and juicy. Veggies were crunchy and fresh, not bitter at all. There was my favourite veggie: arugula/rocket! Being shredded, the carrot was crunchy and sweet. The salad looked so colourful with the red colour of tomatoes, orange colour of carrots and green colour of vegetables.

Linguine boscaoila
有肉粒同蘑菇。蘑菇滑又鮮甜。白汁唔會好漏。扁麵條軟硬適中。
There were minced sausage and mushroom in Linguine boscaoila. The mushroom was smooth in texture and sweet. Cream sauce was not greasy which tasted just good. Linguine was neither too hard, nor too soft.

Hunter’s chicken served with potato wedges
春雞肉嫩多汁,加上旁邊粒粒酸橄欖,食入口有橄欖香。加上用新鮮蕃茄整成嘅蕃茄蓉,酸酸甜甜食落更加開胃。薯仔點埋蕃茄蓉一齊食當點茄汁。薯仔粒粒都好大嚿。薯仔皮香脆 ,唔會炸到好乾,入面重啖啖薯蓉。The spring chicken was juicy and it was soft and tender in texture. The tomato sauce was sweet and sour which stimulated my appetite. The skin of the potatoes were crispy but it won’t be too dry to eat.

最特別係個甜品,叫Pannacotta。一上枱只見布甸上滴左一滴橄欖油,睇落好似太陽蛋呀!用橄欖油整甜品真係第一次見。食到個布甸有淡淡香草味,問侍應佢話原來落左basil葉。香草🌿同布甸味道好夾。侍應話呢款甜品係師傅特別創作嘅,重話剩係呢間餐廳先食到!咁巴閉,大家黎到一定要試下啦!

I especially liked the dessert Pannacotta. With a dip of olive oil on the pudding, it looked like a scrambled egg. It was the first time I even tasted a dessert with olive oil which is so special to me! Basil was added in the pudding. I can taste the smell of the basil while I eat. The basil matches the taste of the pudding very much! The waitor said this dessert was specially-designed by the chef and I can only try this dessert here. If that’s the case, I strongly recommend you all must try Pannacotta here!

凍檸茶本身已經落左糖漿,糖漿份量恰到好處,唔會太甜。

Having added syrup into the iced lemon tea before served, the amount of syrup added was just right and the iced lemon tea had a moderate sweetness.
