To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到呢家餐廳,係咁諗住食碗叉燒瀨粉,期待住嗰種跟柔滑嘅瀨粉嚟個親密接觸。慕名而來,都係因為聽講佢哋嘅瀨粉有點獨特,嚟過嘅朋友又成日讚好。頭盤點咗碟麥皮,佢嘅稔滑,順喉到一個唔得喇,完全冇諗過麥皮可以滑到噴出咁誇張 😍!然後最讓我期待嗰碗叉燒瀨粉,食落嘅感覺,簡直係厚潤得來唔肥膩,個叉燒又真係油光發亮,吃落去啱啱好,唔會過肥,啲瀨粉卜卜脆,超正!奶茶嘅話,嗰陣時苦咗啲,但我覺得夠哂香濃,對於鍾意濃味嘅朋友係啱嘅。至於厚多士飛邊,恩,都係好得過且過,加咗煉奶之後就算班,幾好食嘅。總之,今次嘅食體驗,真係份量足又滿足,若唔係勁鍾意,我點會咁老土嚟連串店食飯呢,但係呢度,真係有種懷舊嘅人情味,值得再嚟。 👌🐷🥢
