潮州人食潮州嘢。今晚去到寶琳站嘅四點金飯店試吓呢度嘅潮州餐。 最近好容易攰,所以要滋潤吓,叫咗個菜膽杏汁白肺湯。杏汁味香濃,材料充足,豬肺大大件,感覺滋潤養生。再點咗碟欖菜肉碎炒飯,好鍾意欖菜,令人特別開胃,肉碎同炒飯亦炒出色香味。然後來一個乾撈海皇粉絲煲,金黃色嘅粉絲,亦有好多鮮蝦,蔬菜同瑤柱絲作點綴,非常豐富。潮州甜品點可以錯過,今晚點咗棗皇糕同褔果清心丸豆爽,紅棗糕暖暖的,煙煙韌韌的,綠豆爽甜甜的,粒粒綠豆,有口感,好有潮式風味。
