To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 冰山野紅菊 (每位$48) 聽聞是3000米海拔的菊花, 第一次見是紅色的菊花, 入口味道同普通菊花茶差不多但整晚有侍應不斷幫忙斟水, 呢方面體驗好好松露蜜糖燕窩釀雞翼 (每隻$138)一隻需要預訂既雞翼, 人生第一次食haha 原來係釀左燕窩係入邊!成隻雞翼已經拆左骨, 外皮炸到脆, 香口, 一咬滿滿的黑松露味的燕窩但可惜入邊比較乾, 燕窩偏爽身爽口, 唔太感覺食緊" 燕窩"~宮廷海皇酸辣湯($每碗$138)個人必飲酸辣湯, 味道偏重醋味, 太搶至尊蜜汁叉燒($298)樟茶鴨($168)嗌左半份, 經理話呢種鴨係比較細隻的肉身偏紅 味道似煙燻過的港式薑蔥花膠煲($388)上枱個下係滾緊既, 味道非常香爆過既蔥味花膠軟熟, 亦入味, 唔錯喔瓦罉鮑魚滑雞煲($428) 上枱個下都係滾緊既, 味道普通唔太突出但鮑魚都好軟熟金沙軟殼蝦($268)呢個無嗌錯~! 成隻蝦都包滿哂金莎非常香口! 成隻都可以食, 但食得多會膩遠年陳皮意大利黑醋骨($288)比較新意的菜式屬於成年人的味道, 味道好濃烈如果鐘意陳皮味的可以一試~田園時蔬($168)

一隻需要預訂既雞翼, 人生第一次食haha 原來係釀左燕窩係入邊!
