To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日又嚟到中環，係中環街市兜咗一圈，只見到人山人海，想搵個地方食嘢都比較困難，行行吓接近2點時來到“瘋狂小麵”，見到陸續有人買單，有啲空位，唔好執輸就喺度食碗麵吧。廚師推介嘅瘋狂肥腸麵，其中豬大腸以傳統川式手法處理，將腸內壁所有油脂清除再以川香調料小火燜三小時至肥腸軟糯，非常之好味，再有飲品 羅漢果冬瓜茶，前菜蒜泥靑瓜及成都老冰粉就係一個套餐組合，100零蚊，抵！！至於蕃茄牛肉面套餐 就由蕃茄牛肉面，紅枣銀耳湯，泡椒鳯爪和烏梅汁組成，當中蕃茄湯由師傅精心製作，再加埋自家製鮮茄醬，令到碗麵有濃郁的蕃茄味，好味又健康💚💙
