港人放假的日子,其中一個最佳的節目就是與家人來個港式午茶宴;剛好這天家母也有空檔時間,湊在一起去了朋友推薦的觀塘玉桃軒酒家;酒家在地鐵站上蓋商廈,交通十分便利;來到門口,由於是閒日關係,只有少許的人龍,等了不到10分鐘已可入座;甫一坐下,就被舒服的環境溫柔地擊中了:偌大的空間,敞高的樓底,明亮的燈光,充足的抽風與冷氣,加上以白色為主色的時尚裝飾風格,融和而一致!而茶市食物的選擇亦很豐富,熟悉的點心食物都一應俱全,一於就來些傳統又大路的點心吧!海皇脆脆腸,以軟滑的腸粉皮包著海皇脆芯,一口吃著有三種滋味,尤其以海皇脆芯內的帶子那股海洋氣息的鮮甜最為突出,將腸粉皮與海皇脆皮結合成極具層次的美味點心,令家母也大讚!蜜汁叉燒腸這等傳統點心,清淡有致的多重腸粉皮包裹著較為濃味的叉燒,有荽茜的香氣貫穿,頓時逗樂了味蕾!蝦籽燒賣皇入口油潤彈滑,豬肉餡與蝦肉融和而透出鮮甜味,蝦籽在味蕾上以放煙花式點綴,蘸上少許辣椒油,整體口感更豐富,果真是穩健之選!北菇棉花雞的豬皮極為鬆軟嫩滑,恰如其名棉花般,與滑雞及北菇一齊吃著的效果,油潤香滑到一個點,真要來杯濃香的鐵觀音來中和這等肥美的口感!奶皇流沙包,趁著熱氣騰
