秋風起,又係食羊腩煲嘅日子,不過坊間好多餐廳都係用羊肉混水摸魚,但就賣緊羊腩嘅價錢今日幫襯呢間觀塘玉桃軒就完全冇呢個情況個羊腩煲上枱,打開蓋已經見到好靚嘅羊皮部份,成煲加埋有廿件,件件都有皮有肉,皮下嘅脂肪係騷味嘅來源,接受唔到就可以咬走,但咁就足以證明係腩位而肉嘅部份就炆到又腍又入味其他配料有支竹馬蹄冬菇同冬筍,同樣都精彩另外加送一份唐生菜,用嘅係最靚芯嘅部位,先灼一灼再上枱,再放入羊腩煲吸味,咁就唔會溝淡咗個汁,反而愈食愈入味,愈食愈停唔到口紅燒乳鴿,上枱時微暖,一隻切四件,用手拎住食最滿足。乳鴿本身嘅調味都夠,點少少醋食就有啲平衡作用。而鴿身都仍然有肉汁,唔會好乾身,係作為前菜嘅一個好選擇咕嚕肉係一個廚師嘅考牌菜,而呢到就做到合格有餘,首先係調味,做到酸甜夠平衡,汁又夠濃稠,完全可以掛哂上件肉到。而炸漿亦唔太厚,最重要係放耐咗再食就仍然脆口,值得一讚

剛剛踏入11月,秋風氣爽,開始掛念久違的羊腩煲,玉桃軒最近推出暖身之選羊腩煲,冷氣地方會有點冷,一於去補一補身。門面極華麗,乾淨舒適,相約朋友長輩來吃飯非常有體面。餐牌:菜品款式多,多吃幾次都不會重覆 。羊腩煲:羊腩煲非常出色,裏面所有都是真羊腩,連一粒碎骨都沒有,食肉獸至愛,而且肉質軟腍鮮嫩,不會被湯汁味道蓋過,羊皮Q彈有嚼勁,皮下脂肪半溶狀態,一啖咬下三種口感 。還有腐乳醬另外用碟上,可根據個人口味而自行蘸取。敬送唐生菜一碟:青綠爽脆,是送的,但是份量也很多。片皮鴨:這隻鴨肥瘦均勻,烤焗到鴨皮十分香脆鬆化,脆到連旁邊的朋友都聽到我吃到「嗦嗦」聲,加上優質的餅皮和配料,包起來吃就是完美。咕嚕肉:咕嚕肉炸得外脆內軟,芡汁的稀杰度適中,配上青椒、紅椒、洋蔥及菠蘿,清甜爽脆;整個菜酸酸甜甜,我另外點了一碗白飯配搭吃很棒。

跟住係九製陳皮叉燒酥,酥皮脆口內餡叉燒濕潤,淡淡的陳皮香味又冇搶走叉燒的鮮味!

可惜呢間酒樓冇雞包仔,惟有選擇傳統嘅蜜汁叉燒包,內餡濕潤豐饒,又沒有太多肥肉,絕對有水準。

燒味部特價燒腩仔係部長介紹,果然冇
介紹錯,皮脆肉腍𠕇囗感,上枱更是熱騰騰的,冇選錯!

見到點心紙有款芙蓉鮮蝦餃,又叫多個鮮蝦菠菜餃試吓,兩者分別不大,都係鮮蝦爽口彈牙,前者多咗芙蓉蛋白,後者有菠菜做餡而已!但都十分可口。

上湯浸豆苗和蒸鳳爪都係一般水準。最後老人家想食些甜點,結果選咗𣏌子桂花糕,香香甜甜配上淡淡桂花香味,成餐都唔駛百伍蚊一位,超值!
