秋風起,又係食羊腩煲嘅日子,不過坊間好多餐廳都係用羊肉混水摸魚,但就賣緊羊腩嘅價錢今日幫襯呢間觀塘玉桃軒就完全冇呢個情況個羊腩煲上枱,打開蓋已經見到好靚嘅羊皮部份,成煲加埋有廿件,件件都有皮有肉,皮下嘅脂肪係騷味嘅來源,接受唔到就可以咬走,但咁就足以證明係腩位而肉嘅部份就炆到又腍又入味其他配料有支竹馬蹄冬菇同冬筍,同樣都精彩另外加送一份唐生菜,用嘅係最靚芯嘅部位,先灼一灼再上枱,再放入羊腩煲吸味,咁就唔會溝淡咗個汁,反而愈食愈入味,愈食愈停唔到口紅燒乳鴿,上枱時微暖,一隻切四件,用手拎住食最滿足。乳鴿本身嘅調味都夠,點少少醋食就有啲平衡作用。而鴿身都仍然有肉汁,唔會好乾身,係作為前菜嘅一個好選擇咕嚕肉係一個廚師嘅考牌菜,而呢到就做到合格有餘,首先係調味,做到酸甜夠平衡,汁又夠濃稠,完全可以掛哂上件肉到。而炸漿亦唔太厚,最重要係放耐咗再食就仍然脆口,值得一讚 continue reading

週未去左鱷魚裇中心~玉桃軒~飲返個下午茶。😋酒樓裝修幾靚,都幾多人幫襯。我地坐底已經過兩點下午茶時段,有點野食平啲。冷盤花雕醉嫩雞🐓,雞肉嫩滑多汁,香濃既花雕醬汁香。九制陳皮叉燒酥🥮超酥脆外皮包裹叉燒粒。安蝦咸水角,咬落去熱辣辣,外層軟糯,兩個都好邪惡但好鬼正。韮王鮮蝦腸粉🥟,腸粉薄滑爽口,鮮蝦鮮甜彈牙,令人回味。醬王蒸鳳爪、蟹子燒賣王🦀,都係必點之選。最後,來個招牌蛋黃大蟠桃包🥟,咸蛋黃咸香十足,蓮蓉口感滑身,完美。係度坐下食下又嘆咗兩個鐘茶。🥰 continue reading

剛剛踏入11月,秋風氣爽,開始掛念久違的羊腩煲,玉桃軒最近推出暖身之選羊腩煲,冷氣地方會有點冷,一於去補一補身。門面極華麗,乾淨舒適,相約朋友長輩來吃飯非常有體面。餐牌:菜品款式多,多吃幾次都不會重覆 。羊腩煲:羊腩煲非常出色,裏面所有都是真羊腩,連一粒碎骨都沒有,食肉獸至愛,而且肉質軟腍鮮嫩,不會被湯汁味道蓋過,羊皮Q彈有嚼勁,皮下脂肪半溶狀態,一啖咬下三種口感 。還有腐乳醬另外用碟上,可根據個人口味而自行蘸取。敬送唐生菜一碟:青綠爽脆,是送的,但是份量也很多。片皮鴨:這隻鴨肥瘦均勻,烤焗到鴨皮十分香脆鬆化,脆到連旁邊的朋友都聽到我吃到「嗦嗦」聲,加上優質的餅皮和配料,包起來吃就是完美。咕嚕肉:咕嚕肉炸得外脆內軟,芡汁的稀杰度適中,配上青椒、紅椒、洋蔥及菠蘿,清甜爽脆;整個菜酸酸甜甜,我另外點了一碗白飯配搭吃很棒。 continue reading
