To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食開添好運都會幫襯香港站分店,因為可以順便食埋Lady M crepe cake 🍰 一次過滿足晒2個願望🤩 但香港站分店就比較多遊客,鋪面亦都比較細,好多時都要先落單,後人坐,再秒速咁食,因為出面勁多人排隊等候😂咁岩諗起高鐵站都開左間添好運,所以就諗住去睇下咩環境啦。係九龍站行過去有少少距離,大概都要10分鐘左右,如果係柯士甸站過去就快好多!高鐵站分店鋪面好大好新淨,晚餐時間都唔洗排隊,只係等左幾分鐘就入得,坐得都比香港站分店舒服同闊落👍🏻👍🏻點心紙鳳爪排骨飯,熱辣辣,鳳爪相當入味,排骨好嫩滑酥皮叉燒包,每次必點嘅,岩岩焗起叉燒份量都唔少炸鮮奶,味道唔錯,好有童年回憶,但個皮略嫌有d硬高鐵站分店開到夜晚10:30,方便大家夜晚都可以黎食返個點心宵夜
