由國際酒店集團 Harilela Group 打造,全球第二間 The Hari 酒店登陸灣仔,book左一個月,終於book到The Hari既日式餐廳 ~ Zoku一入Zoku已經有種好cozy既感覺,半圓圓形既梳化,柔和既燈光,再放左d書架做裝飾,出面仲有露天平台可以飲杯酒咁,真係好chill Temaki拖羅、海膽、魚子醬、脆米、金箔手卷,食材都已經好奢華,非常新鮮,味道層次豐富,脆米更能增添口感,好好味呀Kushiyaki串燒日本花菇唔會燒到好乾身,搽左醬汁一齊燒,菇味好香,醬汁甜甜地,同花菇好夾露荀又粗又嫩,仲一d渣都無,爽甜好食Wagyu steak 宮崎A5和牛軟淋肥美,牛味香濃,熟度拿捏得好好,呢個肥度100g就岩岩好,鵝肝煎得軟滑甘香,韭菜加埋個微辣麵豉醬,濃郁惹味Chilean seabass鱸魚面層煎到香脆,真係咬落好似燒肉皮個隻脆度,魚肉亦保持嫩滑,但略嫌咸左少少,下面墊左d椰菜仔同配埋個好creamy 既oyster cream,非常不錯Suzie Wong加入了蘇格蘭whiskey, 柚子梳打,青瓜,玫瑰糖漿,成杯味道都好freshWanchai Sour
