呢間餐廳坐落於灣仔一間細酒店內一入到去環境已經好靚係好正式嘅西餐廳裝修仲有露台位置種滿綠色食物唯獨係會有蚊飛入嚟呢樣差少少其次連d食物都好靚好好食打卡一流!一杯mocktail唔記得咗個名但個裝飾超級有心思《Toro, uni, caviar》超級好食 入口即溶面頭仲有魚子醬每一啖都係享受回味無窮的一道菜仲超級靚Rolls 叫了2個邊個打邊個都唔係好記得只記得其中一個係《Wagyu, avocado, fried fish, chili sauce》個人口味一般般壽司卷覺得呢個只係還好其實啲食材都好新鮮好好食無論魚生定牛油果呢個真係唔記得名好食但好辣

環境舒服,但服務水平一般。第一次嚟同朋友食午餐,想向服務員查詢有冇特別推介,佢只係將個menu讀一次,亦對菜式冇乜理解,失望。食物質量唔算出色,分量偏少,上餐時感覺去咗茶餐廳,今次應該係唯一一次到訪。

聞說係灣仔區有間5星酒店,而且𥚃面嘅餐廳質素非常好👍🏻當然要試吓😋其實日本菜真係好少食😅但呢間餐廳又並非全日本料理,啱晒🙌🏻裝修好雅緻,氣氛好,仲可以坐露台,不過當晚仍然有啲凍,都係下次先😅食飯方面,食材新鮮、賣相吸精,整體比預期更好😍今次試咗4 courses $588pp, 包括(Otoshi+Kaishi+Main+Dessert), 仲有餐茶😄OTOSHIctopus / Causa / Ginger睇擺盤已經賞心閱目,而且好多八爪魚😅Wagyu / Crispy Rice / Quail Egg半生熟鵪鶉蛋+生牛肉真係超夾,𥚃面有啲好似米通嘅脆脆,成件事完美😋😋😋Hamaguri / Scallion / Miso soup麵豉湯入面有大大隻蜆,所以可以做得咁甜咁豐富👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻KAISHI:Wagyu Tataki: A-5 Miyazaki wagyu, sudachi, ponzu個醬汁帶起咗個牛肉,又軟又滑😋Mizuna Salad: Avocado, tofu, spicy shikuwaso同樣個汁處理得好令到成個沙律菜更加好食🤤MAINS:Hirame Shioyaki :Halibut, grill mailtake, daikon, sake kasu魚滑得來有質感,掂👍🏻👍🏻BBQ Ribs: 12hr slow-cooked ribs, japanese bbq呢個軟腍適中,個汁成就件事,旁邊嘅菇少少辣,反而可以提升味覺,正DESSERTSMochi Cake: Miso caramel, coconut tuilleGreen Tea Cake:Molten cake, chocolate ice cream綠茶心太軟,為整餐飯帶來完美句號😄Coffee or Tea
