To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放親大假無出埠，我一定會來面聖，哈哈，無他既，喜歡這裡的環境，和不錯的午市半自助餐。這裡供應的午餐是價錢由$158-$198 的餐，有成8-9款主菜的選擇，再包自助的沙律和甜品和冷盤。喜歡每次來供應的前菜都有變化，次次都有新鮮感，ham 和煙三文魚都好岩胃口，餐湯很有水準，沙律的蔬菜好新鮮，甜品款式也有幾款，味道很好，最愛是雪糕，好滑的，還一定有一款雪芭，味道好清新因只在一至五先會供應，我基本上要放大假才可以來享用，但兩年內第四次到訪，都一樣保持到水準，讚啊，有假一定會再來。還有這裡的格局很高級，白色餐桌布，和放置正統西餐用餐的餐具，又外至內，待應會在客人用主菜前，收回在最外面的前菜餐具和湯匙，而見到客人吃完了主菜後去取湯回來，會馬上遞上湯匙，很有服務。在這裡吃餐，身心都好relax ,又高尚，但價錢就好親民
