To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟staycation package有自主早餐。早餐本來應該喺Grand Cafe，單人太多，要排隊慢慢入。酒店服務員話唔介意的話可以轉去Tiffin. Morning buffet 嘅食物Tiffin同Grand Cafe係一樣。所以就去Tiffin算啦。馬上入座。早餐選擇豐富。中式同西式都有。點心唔錯。西式最鍾意佢地嘅egg Benedict. 又可以自選egg omelette。patries 有好多款。有啲仲係gluten free. 鍾意佢地果汁任飲。紅蘿蔔汁好味。
