To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舒適好食的晚餐

自從試過呢間餐廳的海南雞飯同埋肉骨茶之後，已經覺得好食。自己的性格食慣左就一直食同一款，今次下定決心試試新菜式！都真係無失望喎！上次已經想試，今次真係叫呢個「星洲海鮮炒貴刁」（$128），有2粒大大粒又厚身的帶子，仲有2隻大鮮蝦！食落去個炒貴刁味道咸咸甜甜的，有d似豉油王的味道，但加少少甜味，貴刁的質感好似河粉，但較厚身同粗少少，所以食落口感會豐富d，再加上佢用臘腸、蛋、蔥等炒，令到個味道更多層次。另外決定試下個咖喱豬肋骨煲配白飯及香脆簿餅（$142），個咖喱值得一讚，好惹味，可以送到幾碗飯，除左豬肋骨之外，佢的配菜有薯仔、茄子同埋秋葵，好入味，另外配塊簿餅，好適合配咖喱，劃龍點睛。
