黃埔開通地鐵後,見住享膳坊的食肆一窩蜂開然後由執笠,到而家開果返新一批餐廳,充分體驗咪叫一雞死一雞鳴,話經濟差又差唔晒喎。平日六點到去到,當然容易揾位。三個人又唔係太肚餓,所以只係淺嚐滷水鵝片三拼(自選豬腸同墨魚)、蠔烙、竹笙上素、肉碎粥。 滷水鵝片三拼,三拼份量唔算多,我估同散叫差不多價錢,鵝片、豬大腸鬆軟夠入味,仲有豆腐墊底。墨魚就好似少少韌。 蠔烙比起傳統潮州果隻又少少唔同,冇咁炸,同埋少少似台灣做法個底加左番薯粉所以有點煙韌都幾特別,如果可以煎得再脆一點就仲正。 方魚肉碎粥係我個人最欣賞,夠鮮甜,唔識食有冇味精但起碼冇乜口渴,因為最近食得太放肆所以清清地都唔錯。總數五百幾,食得潮州野都預左唔會好平,呢度都坐得舒服都覺得抵,最衰我冇帶某張信用卡如果唔係個套餐都幾抵!
