要喺銅鑼灣食泰菜,想搵到好食嘅呢十隻手指都數得晒,我啲十隻手指排第一嘅一定就係為咗細路嘅一間。18巷泰國餐廳 Soi 18 Thai Cuisine位處銅鑼灣世貿。上到去記得係行過牛禪穿入去咖。千祈唔好迷失左。餐廳裝潢有別於坊間的泰國菜館,係潮型感十足的泰國餐廳。上Sio 18 THAI泰國餐廳係食泰國,講得仔細啲就係附帶泰北風味,比平時去開嘅泰國餐廳更加多選擇,佢嘅餐牌裏面嘅嘢食都比好多泰國餐廳多可能因為佢有本身嘅泰北嘢食啦另外亦都會有D常見嘅泰國嘢食。一坐低諗都唔使諗當然要飲個椰青啦。椰青清甜肉嫩。好味解渴。呢度依家做緊一個白酒嘅推廣,有一隻好適合女士飲嘅白酒,適合配一啲前菜,我見到有呢個咁正嘅配搭當然叫咗杯啦,入口很甜美。果然勁來冇介紹錯喎!大家都可以帶返背你親下一啲泰式前菜等等令到味道發揮得更好!是日晚飯第一個前菜係炭燒豬頸肉,燒完肉質鮮嫩,好juicy ,點埋個辣汁一齊食,勁搶口。要講佢哋一個小豬頸肉份量都好夠大,好抵食!第二度菜是燒牛肉,外香內嫩,燒到剛剛好唔會太熟,口感好嫩,牛肉味十足香濃,大家都食唔停口同樣地都係配上燒豬頸肉嗰個辣汁,搶口惹味。生蝦基本上係食泰國菜必點食

全部食物都心思十足,用料新鮮,而且足料,而且裝修同環境都好舒服開陽,令到人食野嘅心情更加愉快,所以我話佢響銅鑼灣絕對係好食嘅首選泰國菜。
