來到合和中心吃廣東菜,坐在卡位相當舒適。先上枱是白灼芥蘭,菜很嫰淋上醬汁相當惹味 。繼而是泡椒冰浸豬手,豬皮爽口味道惹味,奈何只是皮包骨肉部份較少。點心選了腐皮卷蟹籽燒賣及煎蝦餅,燒賣及腐皮卷有水準,餡料十足味道也很好,㚈觀也看得出製作認真,蝦餅好吃但有點油膩。星洲炒米炒得乾身,材料有叉燒絲及蝦仁,簡單的炒飯有家的味道。炸鯪魚球有六粒,魚蓉沾上米粉炸至金黃色,酥脆有魚香但稍欠彈牙。最後是湯圓合桃露,湯圓是麻蓉口味,合桃露吃得出很足料 但質地較稀叫合桃湯可能更貼切。
