間中會跟朋友到船街侃一侃,看到街尾有一家新開的西餐廳試業當中,最愛嚐新的我又怎能錯過裝潢以深木色和藍色為主調,一派歐洲小店格局上層閣樓裝飾別緻,簡約舒適時日餐湯為拆出新鮮粟米粒煮成的粟米忌廉湯,鮮甜濃稠自家製雙色菜頭配菲達芝士沙律以崧子作點綴,沒有一點青澀味,而且清新香甜經典黑安格斯牛扒煎蛋用上油花均勻分佈的牛扒,色澤粉嫩不見血!半熟的太陽蛋汁。融入軟嫩的牛扒內,充滿早午餐的感覺蒸焗紙包街市鮮魚一打開紙包,香氣撲鼻!表皮煎得香脆,魚肉完全清除骨刺,非常嫩滑甜品要了一份檸檬撻,香脆的曲奇皮,加上細膩的檸檬餡,甜中帶點酸,可刺激一下味覺
