對上一次來這店,已是接近一年前的事;時間人物的變化,唯地點不變,可會從味道中追溯返之前的回憶?可能會,也可能不會;算吧,恰巧這天朋友約了這飯局,就真的當作一次簡單的飯局吧!七時半左右來到餐廳,可能因剛下完雨的關係,當時約有六至七成的入座率,所以馬上可以坐下來了;朋友還在趕著前來的路上,我就趁機在這相當悠閒的氛圍中好好地研究一番餐牌;店名叫船長餐廳,內裡的裝潢佈置也相呼應;牆上掛著數量不少的水泡,加上木色調與型格吊燈的襯托,就令這用膳環境顯得有點格調了!十多分鐘後,朋友來到,說既然我研究了餐牌,就由我來發辦點菜;衡量了兩人的囗味與食量後,我很快有所選擇,就馬上落單了;與朋友閒聊了一會,小食類--椒鹽魷魚鬚率先上場;利用沾上少量的脆漿去酥炸,而魷魚鬚本身夠爽彈,加上椒鹽味也不厚重,整體吃起來算是有一定的物值比;尤其配上來自美國品牌的啤酒,邊吃邊喝更突顯了魷魚鬚的鮮味!隨後而上的胡麻豆腐沙律,擺碟造型也算鋪墊得不錯;剛吃過帶點油膩的食物後,以這較清淡又有營養的食物作為過場,算是很好的平衡;豆腐本味極淡,帶著一絲豆香,以胡麻醬來提味,相當配襯;豆腐的軟綿滑身也可是另一可喜之處!白酒汁煮珍珠蜆,

總結此餐,以性價比來說,滿足度一定是相當高;而且,以記憶中來比照,有些食物都是依然可口美味的!

飯後水杯指數(食店食物調味濃淡度,5杯為最濃),本人給予3杯,以在元朗區此類的多國菜來說值得一定程度的推薦!
